Personal Information Collected and Used by New Horizons

“Personal Information” is information that identifies you, which may be transmitted or received when you use the App or Site. New Horizons collects NO Personal Information from the App. Location information is collected by the App only when you create a cold chain performance report, and this location information is only used for populating an email report. Email reports are only transmitted to the email recipients determined by you. Personal Information collected on the Site is only the Personal Information provided by you on the “Further Assistance” form and will only be used for providing sporadic email updates regarding App features or documentation and will NOT be shared or used by anyone for any commercial purpose.

Information Collected from Other Sources

New Horizons may use Google Analytics on the Site for the purpose of understanding your general location and your device operating system and web browser. Google’s privacy policy can be found here https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Protection of Children’s Personal Information

The Site and the App are for a general audience and are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not intentionally or knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13. If New Horizons learns that Personal Information of persons less than 13 years-of-age has been collected on the Site, New Horizons will take the appropriate steps to delete this information.

Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement

New Horizons reserves the right to share your information with third parties if we believe such action is necessary in order to: (1) conform with the requirements of the law or to comply with legal process served upon us; (2) protect or defend our legal rights or property (3) investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person or violations of the terms and conditions of using our App or Site.
